It is difficult to strive to get slimmer. Believe me I know. But it is important that every time you lose a few pounds, even if it is only 5lbs., take a picture of yourself and post it up somewhere in front of you. You can put it up in your bedroom, changing room or dining room to remind yourself of what you are striving for.

It is a good idea to always snap yourself in clothes that fit to your body. This way it will be easier to identify how many of those inches are shedding away. Seeing ourselves in the mirror alone does not help, but it does help to collect pictures of ourselves periodically. You will be astonished to see how much difference is visible when you have collected 2-3 pictures.
