A termination by Beauty Works under the previous sentence shall not limit Beauty Works's other rights and remedies available under law or equity. Upon any termination of this agreement by either you or Beauty Works, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under this agreement or otherwise.

GENERAL
We may change, move, or delete portions of, or may add to, our Site from time to time and without notice. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed.

SEVERABILITY

NO WAIVER
A failure on the part of Beauty Works to enforce any part of this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of any of Beauty Works's rights under this agreement, whether for past or future actions on the part of any person. Unless otherwise specified and except to the extent Beauty Works products or services are offered for sale in the United States through this Site, this Site and the Contents thereof are displayed solely for the purpose of promoting Beauty Works's products and services available in the United States and select foreign markets. This Site is controlled and operated by Beauty Works from its offices in Carlsbad, California.

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
